Rick Riggs - Owner 

Rick Riggs is a local business owner who has 

lived and worked in the Findlay area his

entire life.

Susan Riggs - Office Manager

Susan, Rick's sister, is also a Findlay native. She

helps handle day-to-day tasks at Carpets Direct,

along with Bernadine. 

Bernadine Riggs - Office Manager

Bernadine, Rick's mother, is also part of the

staff at Carpets Direct. She and Susan do their best to keep things running smoothly at the shop.
